Kunal Tayal has over 20 years of experience in M&A, cross-border expansion, and strategic growth. He advises mid-market companies and investors on market entry, joint ventures, and turnkey operational setup—spanning business strategy, supply chain, and real estate.


Kunal has led over 20 global transactions, including manufacturing launches across the U.S., China, and India, and strategic investments in SaaS, mobility, and industrial services. He previously held leadership roles at Cummins and built a $15M import-export business, giving him deep operational and entrepreneurial insight.


Kunal holds an MBA from Indiana University and executive credentials from Stanford and Kellogg.

Chris Ferguson brings deep expertise in private equity, capital strategy, and international operations. At Kuma Advisors, he supports companies and family offices with deal execution, growth partnerships, and market expansion across North America, Asia, and Europe.


Chris has led over $200M in transactions in sectors including manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare. He co-founded a private equity firm with a former U.S. governor and previously ran a global product platform with operations in the U.S., Hong Kong, and China. His background blends investment strategy with hands-on operational leadership.


Chris holds a J.D. from Widener University School of Law and a B.A. from Villanova University.

With over 25 years of experience, Aimee has worked across product ideation, licensing, manufacturing, and commercialization. She also brings a strong real estate background, with decades of experience in residential development and client-focused project management.

Dinesh is a seasoned legal and business advisor with 30+ years of experience leading cross-border transactions and supporting global expansion. As former General Counsel for multi-billion-dollar companies, he has led complex M&A, joint ventures, and regulatory efforts across the U.S., India, LATAM, Africa, EMEA.

At Kuma Advisors, he blends legal expertise with commercial strategy, advising on entity structuring, contract negotiation, compliance, antitrust, and IP. He is particularly adept in crisis management and government engagement, having steered high-stakes labor disputes and legal response strategies.

Dinesh holds an LL.M. from Indiana University, an MBA from IBMR, and executive credentials in Antitrust Law from Harvard Law School. He is a trusted advisor to companies navigating global growth and risk.
