Kunal Tayal has over 20 years of experience in M&A, cross-border expansion, and strategic growth. He advises mid-market companies and investors on market entry, joint ventures, and turnkey operational setup—spanning business strategy, supply chain, and real estate.
Kunal has led over 20 global transactions, including manufacturing launches across the U.S., China, and India, and strategic investments in SaaS, mobility, and industrial services. He previously held leadership roles at Cummins and built a $15M import-export business, giving him deep operational and entrepreneurial insight.
Kunal holds an MBA from Indiana University and executive credentials from Stanford and Kellogg.

Dinesh is a seasoned advisor with 30+ years of experience in cross-border transactions and global expansion. As former General Counsel for multi-billion-dollar businesses, he has led complex M&A, joint ventures, and regulatory efforts across the U.S., India, LATAM, Africa, EMEA.
At Kuma Advisors, he blends legal acumen with commercial strategy, advising on entity structuring, commercial contracts, compliance, antitrust, and IP. He is particularly adept in crisis management and deal negotiations, having steered high-stakes transactions, disputes and legal response strategies.
